“Integration” sounds pleasing, if one stays in a cuddly round of like-minded people… When the shadows come knocking, we are allowed to prove how much we agree with supposedly “others” and whether “We are one” is more than a nice concept.

In front of me stands a man dressed in black with a crazy, twitching look. He seems confused, maybe he’s on drugs, not rare in Berlin on Tuesday afternoons… I actually just wanted to pick up my kid from school. It’s 2020, the beginning of the microbe crisis and most people are very intent on keeping their distance. This man apparently does not, because his nose is only a few centimetres away from mine, he stinks: “What do you want cunt? Wanne be fucked or a good punch in the face…?” I look the abysmal evil in the face, from one second to the next everything in me is alive… I breathe, feel my body, hold his gaze, see the colour of his eyes change and suddenly I hear myself say, “I want you to leave now. Go away!”

Later, I will be amazed at myself and tell this story over and over again. Because sure enough, he turns around, walks to the other side of the street, shakes himself like an animal, and goes on his way. I feel no palpitations, no fear, absolute clarity…. A few seconds later my son hops out of the school building, we eat ice cream. 

A few weeks later I am sitting in the beautiful Jachenau with my teacher Helga Parkin 

for training in Mind Clearing and have a telepathic experience. I give an instruction and can feel the answer – shortly afterwards the woman sitting across from me utters the exact sentence. I am clear, awake and calm.

“All conscious beings cooperate,” I hear Helga say. “When we communicate from conscious being to conscious being, understanding can happen and thoughts dissolve. Closeness emerges and it becomes still. Ideally, an experience of oneness can occur. In any case, the capacity to connect with others grows.”

Suddenly I remember the crazed man from Berlin, the absurdity of the situation. Helga confirms to me that “outside the seminar room” I must have passed a test. For a short moment my mind had stepped aside and contact had been made with the conscious being of this man. I could leave aside the stories of my thinking apparatus, and therefore also the fear, and without evaluation of the thinking mind, send my information: “Go away!”. The inner core of the man was activated, our conscious beings connected, he cooperated.

A Berlin freak had met me to experience my power in the midst of madness and violent rawness. This moment of my life let me experience the possibilities of real communication and gives me until today reason to research further.

In Mind Clearing sessions with my clients we practise the truthful sending and receiving of information. If we succeed, real communication arises, thoughts dissolve and unity is experienced. No shadow and no light, no good and no evil, no future and no past, no shame, no holding back, no concepts – no more judging. Simply being.
